This thorough two-part Heartsavers First Aid CPR AED Course takes 6-8 hours to complete and equips non-medical individuals with the knowledge and skills to safely respond to cardiac arrest with high-quality CPR and the effective use of an AED.
The course also covers how to treat injuries, administer an epinephrine pin, practice proper handwashing, first aid, and more. Upon completion, participants receive the American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Certification. This certification is active for 2 years.
